Research Interest
The Biodiversity Lab interested in various aspects related to the evolution and ecology of ectotherms using mostly as study organisms reptiles and amphibians. Predominantly we use comparative methods to assess the relationship between species’ natural history, morphology, ecology, behavior, ecophysiology and life history and their biotic and abiotic environment. We use biogeographic and molecular perspective and conduct field surveys and experimental approaches to answer questions related to species adaptive and evolutionary potential. Take a look at our research interest below, and find out more about opportunities for Bachelor and Master projects here.
